Moontime Stories is provided by Odisea. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Moontime Stories mobile app and related services.

Moontime Stories offers timeless children’s classics for families to read, listen to, and download for offline access. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, family, and household purposes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the app and its content are appropriate for children in their care and for managing purchases and subscriptions.

Moontime Premium unlocks the full story library, narrated audio, multiple languages, and offline access. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription.

Launch pricing is planned as $0.99 per week for the weekly plan and $29 per year for the annual plan. Store prices may be localized by Apple or Google and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and store rules.

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. The weekly plan does not include a free trial at launch.

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to the rules of the store where you subscribed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

If you already purchased Moontime Premium, you can use the restore purchases option in the app to reconnect your subscription access on the same store account.

We may add, update, remove, or change stories, audio, languages, images, and app features over time. Some content availability may vary by language, region, subscription status, or technical requirements.

Offline access is available to Moontime Premium subscribers for supported stories. Offline access may require an active subscription, a successful download, enough device storage, and periodic connection to verify access or update content.

The Moontime Stories app, design, branding, software, narration, adaptations, images, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app or its content except as allowed by law or written permission from Odisea.

Some stories may be based on timeless public-domain source material. The app’s presentation, adaptations, recordings, metadata, design, and software may still be protected.

We work to keep Moontime Stories reliable and useful, but the app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every story or feature will always be available.

We may update these Terms of Use as Moontime Stories evolves. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised terms on this page.
